NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Public Hearing will be held by the Town of Pella Planning & Zoning

committee on Tuesday, May 12, 2026, at 6PM

at the Pella Town Hall to discuss Solar Panels & Data Centers.

All interested persons wishing to be heard are invited to be present, and

are also invited to participate by providing written email comments

NOTICE OF REVALUATION TO TOWN OF PELLA PROPERTY OWNERS.

A revaluation of property assessments in the Town of Pella shall

occur for the 2026 assessment year.

The approximate dates of the revaluation notices being sent to

property owners is expected to be in August 2026.

Please also note that the Assessor has certain statutory authority

to enter land as described in state law 

(secs. 943.13 and 943.15, Wis. Stats.)

The Town of Pella is having an E-Cycling event on

Saturday, May 9, 2026   9AM-12Noon

in the south parking lot.

There is no charge to drop items off.

The Town of Pella has an animal control team.  If you observe wayward animals
